It’s back! The Downey City Library invites you to join the Downey Chess Club on Monday, May 20th, to learn how to play chess. In addition to being a fun game, chess teaches students to become leaders by improving concentration, good sportsmanship, critical & abstract thinking, problem solving, planning, and analysis. Master strategic thinking through the Martial Arts of the Mind!
